If this doesn't work for you there is good news!
I used this for a while but I guess I have sensitive armpits.
But i found a really awesome cheap deodorant that is like this.
It is Arm and Hammer Essentials, it is aluminum and parben free.
The scent is a little manly but I don't mind and it actually works.
It's $1.97 at Walmart!  It's great!

Homemade Organic Sugar Wax

This is a very simple wax you can make at home and it works great. Now you don't have to spend $10 on a wax that is messy and isn't water soluble, since its just sugar you can wash it right off with warm water.

Sugar Wax Recipe:
2 Cups Sugar (any kind, white, brown etc.)
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Water
---------------------------------------------------------
What I do is mix all ingredients in a pan and boil it for no longer than 8 minuets. You want it to be a really light golden color. The first time I made it I burnt it and it was too hard and I couldn't use it. All it is really is a simple syrup.

It is really effective. You can use it with or without strips. You're probably thinking how is that possible...well it is. That's why I included the videos below. When I use it I use it on my legs, to apply it I use a silicon spatula that I bought just for that. You can apply it to a bigger area at one time.
I store my wax in a plastic bowl with a lid and reheat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

My Cramp Relief Tea

This is a very simple recipe that i find soothing and effective.
You can change this recipe up any way you want...i am just providing my basic recipe and the facts.

Raspberry Lemon Cramp Tea:
1 Teabag of raspberry tea (raspberry zinger)
Steep for 5-10 minutes in
8oz of water
Add 1 spoonful of lemon juice

Now here are the cramp relieving facts...

Lemon Juice has anti-inflammatory properties and is high in vitamin C.

Raspberries have antioxidants that help protect cell membranes and against free radicals. “The chemicals in red raspberry help relax blood vessels. They might also cause muscles to contract or relax, depending on the dose and the muscle involved.” (Web MD). They also contain quercitin and anthrocyanins, which further aid their ability to protect from bacteria and fungi in the system, also reduces outbreaks of vaginal yeast infections and irritable bowel disease.

“Used for thousands of years by Native Americans, red raspberry is helpful as a uterine tonic to strengthen the uterus during pregnancy and strengthen contractions during labor. The tea doesn't bring on contractions, only helps to focus them, making them more effective.” (Live strong). Some women use raspberry leaf for Dysmenorrhea, morning sickness associated with pregnancy, preventing miscarriage, and easing labor and delivery.

Secret Face Wash

What is this Secret Face Wash? ...Honey.

Raw organic honey. This yummy treat is also good for your skin. It has many surprising properties.

1. Honey is Hygroscopic

Honey has a hygroscopic nature, which means when exposed to air, it naturally absorbs moisture in from the air. In treating open wounds, honey is useful as it could help prevent scarring by keeping the skin moist, encourage the growth of new tissues, and allow easy removal of any dressing by preventing dressing from becoming stuck to the skin. Honey's hygroscopic properties also make it an ideal ingredient in a lot of cosmetics as it helps keep skin hydrated and fresh and prevents drying. Thus, some people call honey a natural "humectant" as it attracts and retains moisture. When used in skin and hair treatments, honey trap and seal in the moisture leaving skin soft and supple, and hair glossy and healthy.

2. Honey is Antibacterial

Researchers began to document the healing properties of honey in the early part of the 20th century. This ceased with the development of antibiotics but recently the development of resistance to antibiotics has led to a resurgence of interest into the healing properties of honey. The effective antimicrobial agent in honey prohibits the growth of certain bacteria. It contains an enzyme that produces hydrogen peroxide which is believed to be the main reason for the antimicrobial activity of honey. As such, honey is a useful treatment for wounds and scalds. Cuts, abrasions and scalds can be covered in honey to prevent bacteria from entering the wound and promote healing. Honey can help treat minor acne by attacking the bacteria that cause the outbreaks while moisturizing the skin to aid rejuvenation. Types of honey differ greatly in their antimicrobial potency, varying as much as a hundred fold. Honey derived from the Manuka bush, found in abundance in New Zealand, claims the highest potency of such antimicrobial properties.

3. Honey is a Source of Antioxidants

Honey contains natural antioxidant properties that can destroy biologically destructive chemical agents which have been linked to many diseases such as cancer. Studies also found that dark-color honeys such as Buckwheat seem to possess more antioxidants than light-color varieties. Not only could honey's antioxidants help to eliminate free radicals in the body, they are also part of the nutrient supply for growth of new tissue. These precious honey properties help protect the skin under the sun and help the skin to rejuvenate and stay young-looking. As such, there have been an increasing number of manufacturers of honey skincare products such as sunscreens and facial cleansing products for treating damaged or dry skin.
