I am finally doing a review on the menstrual cup. I've had it for a while and I have to say that it is way better than tampons. I don't know about anyone else but tampons were irritating, dried me out, and still bleed through a little bit. I would leave it in for the max time and there would only be a couple spots of blood on it. I felt like it was a waste of money to buy tampons.
The menstrual cup is worth it. I can leave it in over night, it never leaks, and it doesn't dry me out.
It does take a little while to get used to putting in and out... and a little lube sometimes but I thinks its worth the effort. Everybody says its so disgusting, but there isn't any blood on the outside and if you use the right method it won't spill. I used to have to wash my hands after I used a tampon anyway, I still got blood on me from the string. So I don't really see the difference. I think people are just too used to the mainstream social norms that they can't see whats really best.
TOTALLY WORTH IT!
